Managing Your Profile
Your Quizalto profile allows you to manage your personal information and account settings. You can update your details and change your password.
Accessing Your Profile
- Sign In: Ensure you are signed in to your Quizalto account.
- Navigate to Profile: Click on the “Profile” option in the navigation menu. This will take you to your profile management page.
The profile will typically display your email address and other account information.
Managing your organisation
If you an an administrator of an organisation, you will have access to additional features such as managing your organisation’s settings, adding or removing users from the organisation. This is explained in more details on our Organisation Management page.
Managing your subscription
If you are a paid user which is not part of an organisation, you will have the oportunity to manage your subscription through Stripe, our payment processing service. Clicking on “Manage Subscription” will redirect you to the stripe website where you can manage your payment details, or view your history.
You can also click on the “Plans” button in the navigation menu to view and manage your pricing plans options.
Managing AI Settings
Quizalto does not provide an API key to create AI content, you have to provide yours so that you have better control over the costs. If you are a paid user which is not part of an organisation, you can add an API key so that you can create AI content (We store the Gemini Api key securely encrypted in our database). You can also remove the API key at any time.
Changing Your Password
For security reasons, it’s good practice to change your password regularly. This option should only be visible if you have logged in with a username and password.
- Navigate to Password Change: From your profile page, look for a link or button labeled “Change Password” or “Update Password” (accessible via
/app/profile/passwd). - Enter Current Password: You will be prompted to enter your current password for verification.
- Enter New Password: Type your new password. Ensure it meets any strength requirements (e.g., minimum length, combination of characters).
- Confirm New Password: Re-enter your new password to confirm.
- Save Changes: Click the “Change Password” button. You may be signed out and required to sign in again with your new password.
Report an issue
From the profile page, you can report an issue directly to us. Provide a detailed description of the problem or feature request, including any relevant error messages. We will receive an email and will be attempting to help resolve the issue.
