Organisation creation

Creating an organisation in Quizalto allows you to manage a group of users, share resources, and benefit from centralised billing and higher AI generation limits.

How to Create an Organisation

Organisations are currently created through the subscription process for an organisation-level plan.

1. Sign In: Ensure you are signed in to your Quizalto account. Organisation creation is a paid feature.
2. Navigate to Plans: Click on the “Plans” button from the navigation menu.
3. Choose an Organisation Plan: Select the “Business” plan
4. Enter Organisation Details: During the checkout process, you will be prompted to enter:
   • Organisation Name: The name of your new organisation.
   • Number of Licenses: The initial number of seats or licenses you wish to purchase for your members.
5. Complete Payment: Finalise the payment through our secure Stripe integration.

After Creation

Once the payment is successful:

• Your organisation will be automatically created in our system.
• You will be designated as the primary administrator of the newly created organisation.
• You will be able to access the Organisation Management section to invite members and configure settings, including Single Sign-On (SSO) via SAML and organisation limits.
